“Meadow Pathways has made and continues to make such a meaningful difference to my daughter and our family.”
“During an incredibly difficult and isolating time, Zoe and Michelle have shown genuine patience, compassion and understanding, taking the time to build trust and allowing my daughter to feel safe, accepted and valued exactly as she is.
Their gentle, flexible and child-led approach has helped her gradually rebuild confidence, form meaningful connections and begin enjoying experiences that once felt completely out of reach.
As a parent, seeing my daughter feel comfortable, understood and genuinely happy in the company of others is something I cannot put a value on. Zoe and Michelle have not just provided support; they have brought connection, opportunities and hope back into our lives.
I am incredibly grateful for the difference they continue to make.”
What has been most helpful?
“I think the most helpful thing for us has been the relationship and trust you have taken the time to build with her. You have both been so patient, understanding and flexible, allowing her to feel comfortable and safe without pressure or expectations. You have really taken the time to get to know her, understand her needs and meet her where she is.
What I particularly value is that you both recognise the importance of building trust, emotional safety and meaningful relationships before placing expectations on her. You have allowed her the time and space to develop at her own pace, without trying to force engagement or progress before she is ready.
For me personally, having you both there has made such a difference. Having two people I trust who understand her and genuinely care about her means I don’t feel quite so alone in supporting her.
More than anything, I feel that we are not doing this entirely on our own anymore. You have both brought some much needed positivity, reassurance and hope into what has been an incredibly challenging time for us both, and I am genuinely grateful for that.”
