Inclusion, Behaviour & SEMH Support Offer

At Meadow Pathways we provide trauma‑informed, evidence‑based inclusion, behaviour and SEMH support for children and young people who are struggling to meet school expectations. We work closely with schools, families and multi‑agency partners to identify underlying needs, reduce avoidance and withdrawal, and put in place personalised plans and reasonable adjustments that promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and sustained access to the curriculum. Our approach prioritises early identification, clear safeguarding, measurable outcomes and regular review so pupils remain safe, engaged and make demonstrable progress.
